Hollywood Politics
I spoke to my film friend today and his producer informed him that apparently were gonna need permits to film on Sunset in the Hollywood area. Yet another barricade in my way of getting this night and day footage. Apologies to the group, I'm in the process of attaining a permit on Monday, if not my thoughts on this portion maybe soon be deceased given our time constraints. I'll keep everyone posted

ReplyDeletei was talking to a film friend and he told me that in theory you are not allowed to film ANYWHERE in the states without permits. as soon as u have something that resembles a professional camera its a problem.
however, he said he has been shooting movies "secretly" his whole time at art center. just have to be sneaky about it.
the worst that can happen is they just tell you to stop.
but if you don't feel comfortable doing this just concentrate on the other idea and let this one go!
